As a trained doctor, her continuing education in yoga focuses on anatomical training as well as the exploration of mindfulness through all five senses. She melds equal parts strength, mobility and mental exploration into her flows.

shay.moves@Shi En’s endless curiosity towards movement has led her down many roads: yoga, gymnastics, calisthenics, strength training and running, and left her with a singular conclusion: that all movement is interconnected. Her teaching style and practice reflects a great appreciation of this quiet synchronicity: equal parts creative sequencing and targeted drills, everything interlinked.
